- Select My Sales from the menu.

It’s easier for a seller to cancel a Poshmark sale than a buyer. If you want to cancel a sale, you can at any time.

If an order is shipped before the 3 hours and the buyer cancels the purchase, you’ll have to contact Poshmark support, and that can get a little complicated. The buyer may refuse the order, and it may get sent back to you, or the item may never get back to you.
Can You Cancel a Purchase on Poshmark as a Buyer?
While the cancellation process may not be as flexible for buyers as it is for sellers, you can cancel a purchase before it’s shipped. But you must cancel the order within 3 hours of purchasing it (Buy It Now price).
You could make an accidental purchase, which means you can cancel it within 3 hours of buying it. But there are a few ways you can cancel a purchase after 3 hours, and I will talk about that in a little bit.

So, what happens if you want to cancel a full-priced order after the 3-hour time limit? While all sales are final after 3 hours, there are a few things you can do.
Contact Poshmark to Cancel the Order
You can always email customer support at support@poshmark.com to cancel the order.
However, sometimes it takes a little while for Poshmark to respond, and the seller may ship the order before they respond. This delay means they may decline to cancel the order.
Sometimes Poshmark will provide a cancellation as a one-time exception. They may eat the cost if the seller has already shipped the item.
Also, Poshmark may give you a refund if the sales transaction was invalid, like in the following instances:
- Someone purchased the item from a hacked account
- It was an accidental purchase
- An invalid payment method was used
- The sale came from a suspicious account
- The item or sale was fake or counterfeit.

How Buyers Can Cancel an Order That Hasn’t Shipped
If an order hasn’t shipped within 7 days, you can cancel your order by going to My Purchases under the account tab on the web or in the app. You must wait until the 8th day, though.
Sometimes sellers may be inactive but still have products for sale, so they may not even know they’ve sold an item. If the item hasn’t shipped in a few days, Poshmark will send the seller a reminder.
If you haven’t canceled the order and the seller hasn’t shipped the item within 21 days, then Poshmark will cancel the order. You’ll receive a full refund.

Refunds should post to your account within 3 to 10 business days. The timing may depend on how long it takes your bank to process it. If you used PayPal, it would be deposited there.
